Messaging (SMS) Terms
This page describes Trawly's text-message (SMS) program, operated by Mongrelverse Pty Ltd (ABN 78 658 514 311), trading as Trawly. It explains how you opt in to receive text messages from Trawly, what we send, and how to stop. Text messaging is optional — you can use Trawly with email only.
How you opt in
You opt in to text messages during signup at heytrawly.com. On the delivery step you turn on Text, enter your mobile number, and tick a checkbox that reads:
“Yes, text me my daily brief. I agree to receive recurring automated texts from Trawly at this number. Consent isn't a condition of using Trawly.”
SMS consent is collected on its own — it is not bundled with our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, and consent is not required to use Trawly. You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorised user of the number you provide.
What we send
Once you opt in, Trawly may text you:
- Your daily brief alert — a message letting you know your personalized morning digest is ready, with a link to read it.
- A one-time welcome text — sent once, just after you opt in, so you can save Trawly as a contact.
- Support replies — if you text us a question or reply to a brief, we may text you back to help.
We do not send marketing or promotional texts from this number.

Frequency & cost
- Message frequency: recurring, about one message per day, plus the one-time welcome text and any support replies.
- Message and data rates may apply. Most mobile plans include unlimited texts. Trawly itself never charges you for messages.
How to stop or get help
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You'll get one confirmation and then no further texts.
- Reply HELP for help, or email gm@heytrawly.com.
- You can also turn text delivery off any time in your Trawly settings.
Your privacy
We never sell or share your mobile phone number, or your consent to receive text messages, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Your number is used only to deliver the messages described above, via our SMS provider (Twilio). See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
